1.会場での肖像の使用について
桜流鏑馬では、十和田流鏑馬観光連盟（以下「当連盟」といいます。）および当連盟が委託する事業者、公式スタッフ、マスメディア等による写真や動画の撮影時、ご来場のお客様の様子が写真や動画に映りこむ場合があります。
これらで撮影された写真や動画は当連盟の公式記録のほか、当連盟又は当連盟の関連団体運営に関するプロモーション・マーケティングや広告・広報・告知、マスメディアによる報道等でも使用される可能性があります。予めご了承ください。
2.会場での撮影について
お客様が会場内で撮影された写真や動画は、他のお客様・選手・関係者の迷惑とならない範囲でのご使用をお願いいたします。撮影や使用における禁止事項については以下をご確認ください。
【撮影における禁止事項】
•当連盟の運営を妨げる撮影・投稿、または妨げる恐れのある撮影・投稿。
•当連盟およびお客様・選手・関係者の不利益、損害、迷惑を与える撮影・投稿、または与える恐れがある撮影・投稿。
•会場の建物・備品を傷つける恐れのある撮影・投稿。
•撮影禁止エリアや撮影禁止イベントでの撮影・投稿、または選手・選手の家族・観客を許可なく意図的に撮影するような盗撮行為。
•著作権、商標権、パブリシティ権、その他知的財産を侵害する、または侵害する恐れがある撮影・投稿。
•法令や公序良俗に反する撮影・投稿または反する恐れがある撮影・投稿。
•営利目的での撮影・投稿。
•わいせつ目的での撮影・投稿や、性的嫌がらせに当たるSNS投稿やコメント。
•その他当連盟が不適切と判断する撮影や投稿・公表
これらに該当する行為を見かけましたら、当連盟へお知らせください。
SNS等を利用した、選手や関係者への誹謗中傷・迷惑行為となる投稿やコメントには適切な措置を検討します。
選手の皆さま及び、撮影や応援にお越しの皆さまにはコンプライアンスに準じた節度のある言動や発信をしていただきますよう、お願い申し上げます。
今後も当連盟では、応援してくださる皆さまに、より良い観戦環境を提供できるよう、より一層尽力してまいります。個人の肖像と権利を尊重しながら、ひとりでも多くの皆さまにスポーツ流鏑馬の魅力が届けられますよう、ご理解とご協力をよろしくお願い申し上げます。

― Request Regarding Use of Portraits and Filming at Sakura Yabusame ―
Towada Yabusame Tourism Federation
1. Use of Portraits at the Event Venue
At the Sakura Yabusame event, visitors may appear in photographs or videos taken by the Towada Yabusame Tourism Federation (hereinafter referred to as “the Federation”), its contractors, official staff, and media personnel.
These photos and videos may be used not only as official records of the Federation, but also for purposes such as promotions, marketing, advertisements, public relations, notifications related to the Federation or its affiliated organizations, or coverage by mass media. Please be advised and understand this in advance.
2. Filming at the Venue
Photos or videos taken by visitors at the venue should be used in a manner that does not inconvenience other guests, athletes, or related parties. Please review the following prohibited activities regarding filming and use.
Prohibited Activities in Filming:
Filming/posting that interferes with, or may interfere with, the operations of the Federation.
Filming/posting that may cause or result in disadvantage, damage, or trouble to the Federation, guests, athletes, or related persons.
Filming/posting that may damage buildings or fixtures at the venue.
Unauthorized or surreptitious photography, including photography in prohibited areas or during restricted events, or intentionally filming athletes, their families, or spectators without consent.
Filming/posting that infringes or may infringe on copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property.
Filming/posting that violates or may violate laws or public morals.
Filming/posting for commercial purposes.
Filming/posting for obscene purposes or sexually harassing posts/comments on social media.
Any other filming/posting/publication that the Federation deems inappropriate.
If you witness any of these activities, please inform the Federation.
Inappropriate posts or comments on social media that defame or trouble athletes or related persons will be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
We kindly ask all athletes, spectators, and visitors involved in filming or supporting the event to act and share content responsibly in line with proper conduct and compliance.
The Federation will continue to make every effort to provide an excellent viewing environment for all supporters. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to share the appeal of competitive Yabusame with as many people as possible, while respecting individual portraits and rights.
